Welcome to Naviron. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naviron mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Naviron, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Age Requirement and Responsible Use
Age Restriction
You must be at least 21 years of age to use Naviron. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
Responsible Drinking
- Drink responsibly and in moderation
- Never drink and drive
- Excessive drinking is harmful to health
- Follow all local laws regarding alcohol consumption
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

You retain ownership of content you post on Naviron, including photos, videos, tasting notes, and comments ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating the App.
4.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to post User Content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains false or misleading information
- Promotes illegal activities or underage drinking
- Is hateful, threatening, or harassing
- Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
- Violates the privacy of others
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Use automated systems to access the App
- Collect user information without consent
- Promote or encourage underage drinking
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Naviron and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVIRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naviron and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Naviron operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.1 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Naviron regarding your use of the App.
